ONCE was my Favorite.. hopefully some day again!
I totally would have given me one if I didn't love this places last two years so much... I went twice this year, because the first time I went I bought VIP passes went with to my friends so of course they put us with two other people... So now there's five of us and the two people who didn't come with us, are running ahead stoping hitting all the mechanical scares 1st leaving us out. So I Understood why the put us with 2 other VIP's on a Friday. The actors were rocking it but the hired traffic and pedestrian help were either perverts or assholes. Then we return on a the only Wednesday they're open in the month again purchase VIP passes. This time they don't stick us with anybody they just put eight people in front of us and about 20 or more right behind us! I can see management up in the rafters just watching us have a horrible time...Not suggesting anything not doing anything! Afterwards when my husband talk to the ticket booth about free passes so we would not leave a bad review, they quote said " there were reports of running that's why we're running into other groups" oh, hell no! We were stopped in the bathroom literally lol the bathroom part of the house for about 3 minutes in a stop line inside! Horrible horrible planning just horrible I hope you guys get it together this for next year or I'm never going back!

Waste of money
Got the vip passes from costco because they were cheap. Me and my wife go to 3 or 4 every year and I had stayed away from the kube 93 because they have always been bad. We should have saved our time and money for a different one because it sucked. The only nice thing was we didn't have to wait in line. we showed up and walked right in. Im 6'4" and in one section its a dark hallway that slopes down to make you crouch and I smashed my head right into a 2x4 it just about knocked me out. I have seen things like this at other places but they always have padding on them. Not here the props are cheap the actors don't care. I will say this is the worst one I have been to in years. Bad haunted house , Bad actors, and they don't care about you safety. We will never go back.

lame
Dont bother wasting money you wait in line forever and people cut all the time and course the workers dont care and all the haunt actors don't pay attention when people walk by i mean for real you pay $30 bucks for a wuick 20 min walk through and mostly get scared by the props worst haunted house ever. This place needs to do some research what scary bout
