Wow. Just wow.
My husband and I are from Australia so have never celebrated Halloween. Last night we went to 2 professional haunted houses (at a total cost of over $110)!! We had heaps of fun and loved the experience. At the end of the night we decided to check out Chris birkett's haunted graveyard and house.first of all the lawn is amazing. It must have cost a fortune. Singing pumpkins, realistic looking ghosts moving in window, the creepiest animated doll swinging on a swing - really creepy. And much much more. What really blew us away though was inside the haunted house. It was really really creepy and eerie and the props were amazing. The actors were better than the professional haunts. They understood the creepiness in subtlety. So much going on and it lasted for ages. I don't know how they do it?! We loved it and talked about it for the rest of the night. Before I went in we gave a $2 donation. After we finished I put the rest of my dollars in the donation box (maybe $11). We actually wanted to go back through but it was already 10pm.wish we lived here so we could go every year and take the kids once they were a little older. There was a dad holding his little girl (maybe 3 or 4 years old). She was so scared and cute. I think they were surprised this local haunt was so awesome. The little sweety was hugging dad with her eyes closed.
