The ScareAtorium reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, moving floors and obstacles, special effects, sudden actions and an overall physically demanding environment. You should NOT ENTER a haunted attraction if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, heart conditions, physical ailments, respiratory or any time of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer from any form of mental disease including claustrophobia. DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are noticed by our staff. The ScareAtorium is not recommended for persons under the age of 13; however we do not restrict ticket sales based on age. - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! DO NOT ENTER IF YOU SUFFER FROM * ASTHMA * HEART CONDITIONS * SEIZURES OR ANY TYPE OF MENTAL, PHYSICAL, RESPIRATORY AND OR MEDICAL PROBLEMS. Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. Ticket holders understand that there are inherent risks involved with attending the attraction. Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks associated with the dangers associated with participation in the attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into the attraction ticket holder agrees to release the operator, it’s parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending any of the attractions.
