many find the tour to be more than they can handle.

The wait alone is ridiculous. We have been sitting here for 2 hours now and they aren't even half way to reaching our number. Frankly I'm annoyed that they wouldn't tell you about the wait when you purchase your tickets. They are basically just "stealing" your money. Don't go!
