At the Darkside Haunted House, we take your safety seriously. While we fearlessly face the darkness, we want to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Our timed ticketing system guarantees that you won't endure long waits, as we limit the number of people entering during each half-hour time slot. Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time, and get in line 5 minutes before your start time to step into our world of horror. Please remember not to join the queue before your allotted time to avoid any disruption.
To ensure a smooth ticketing process, please provide your name and correct email during the purchase. Your tickets will be sent to the email you provide. Additionally, if your group is smaller than 8 people, you may be combined with another group. For larger groups over 12 people, you may be split into two groups to enhance the scare factor and maintain the immersive experience.
