Haunted House Association strives to assist the national media learn more about the haunted house industry. It was reported by the National Retail Federation that 18.7% of those who planned to do Halloween activities planned to visit a haunted house in 2007. That amounts to 24,708,711 people who visited a haunted attraction in 2007.
